This means you will no longer see specific treatment names listed online for some cosmetic services. Instead, please book a consultation or returning appointment, and our team will guide you through appropriate options following a professional assessment.

Laser Treatment Packages Expiry

  • 3- Pack: Must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase

Microneedle Me Package Expiry

  • 3- Pack: Must be used within 4 months from the date of purchase.

PRP Package Expiry

  • 3- Pack: Must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase

Red Light Therapy Casual Pack Expiry

  • 5-Pack: Must be used within 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • 10-Pack: Must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.

Biofiller Treatment Package

  • Red Light Therapy sessions (2) cannot be done on the same day, and must be used within 2 weeks post treatment.

Due to repeat no shows and last minute cancellations and reschedules we enforce a strict booking deposit policy. The deposited amount will be credited towards your treatment service.

For bookings made over the phone, deposits can be made via credit card. Patient privacy is very important to us, therefore over the phone payments will be processed immediately.

A $25 deposit must be paid for all follow up appointments. Upon completion of your appointment this deposit amount can be refunded if you don’t require any further treatment.

Upon completion of your consultation appointment only, the deposit may be used as credit for future treatments or the purchase of skincare.

Please note refunds on deposits is up to the discretion of the business. All bookings made are immediate consent and acknowledgement of our booking deposit & cancellation policies.

Our cancellation or reschedule policy is as follows:

  • Should you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment for any reason or if you are a no-show you will forfeit your booking deposit paid for that appointment. Please note this applies to consultation bookings also.
  • We kindly ask that you arrive early to your appointment. If you are more then 10 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule & will forfeit your deposit.If you attend for an appointment and are pregnant or breastfeeding, we cannot proceed with treatment and you will forfeit your deposit.
  • If you attend for a LASER appointment and have tanned (sun, solarium, or fake tan) 2 weeks prior, we cannot proceed with treatment & you will forfeit your deposit.

We are a small, family owned and run business. We put these measures in place to secure our business and livelihood.

Booking: All sessions must be booked through our booking system.

Deposit for Booking: Please note that no initial deposit is required for Red Light Therapy sessions. However if you no-show or cancel less than 24hrs prior to your booking, you will be required to pay a $20 deposit which will be held as credit on your file. This will then be deducted as a cancellation fee should you no-show or cancel less than 24 hours prior to any future red light bookings. Please also accept that if you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your Red Light Therapy session it may be cancelled and recorded as a no-show.
