There are NO cancellations or reschedules allowed within 24hrs of your appointment
When booking with SKINmas, you will be asked to provide your credit card details and agree to our cancellation and reschedule policy.
Our cancellation and reschedule policy is as follows:
Should you cancel or reschedule less than 24hrs prior to your appointment, or if you are a no-show, you will forfeit your booking deposit paid for that appointment.
Please note that this applies to consultation bookings also.
If you attend for an appointment and are pregnant or breastfeeding, we cannot proceed with treatment and you will forfeit your deposit.
If you attend for a FILLER appointment and have had any vaccination within 2 weeks prior to your appointment, we cannot proceed with treatment and you will forfeit your deposit.
